Role Description
The Field Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the debt recovery process through various on-ground activities. Daily responsibilities include visiting defaulters’ addresses for collections, verifying customer details, delivering necessary notices, and collaborating with the recovery team to execute warrants when required. As a full-time on-site role-based in New Delhi, this position requires field visits and other related tasks to ensure efficient debt resolution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer interaction, negotiation, and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of debt recovery processes and financial regulations
- Ability to manage fieldwork, including conducting client visits and executing deliverable tasks
- Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt recovery is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or related fields is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and navigate the local area effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or law are desirable
