Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Pune Division, with occasional flexibility for remote work. The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of assets, collecting and verifying asset data, collaborating with valuation experts, and preparing detailed reports. Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients, ensuring data accuracy, and adhering to valuation regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collect and verify asset data accurately
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Knowledge of valuation methods, industry standards, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to prepare detailed and structured reports with a focus on precision and clarity
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions for on-site inspections
- Experience in the valuation industry or relevant domains is a plus
