Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Enumerator based in Rajasthan, India. The Field Enumerator will be responsible for conducting surveys, data collection, and field audits in alignment with the company’s consulting and social impact objectives. Responsibilities include visiting project areas, engaging with stakeholders to gather accurate data, verifying and validating collected information, and preparing detailed field reports. The role may also involve supporting research, analyzing survey findings, and contributing to project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience in field audits, conducting surveys, and data collection activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Analytical and organizational skills for data analysis and report preparation.
- Proficiency in local languages relevant to the Rajasthan area is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to field environments and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using digital tools and applications for data collection.
- Prior experience in the consulting domain or social impact studies is a plus.
- Educational qualifications in social sciences, management, or related fields are preferred.
