Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Field Engineer will be responsible for performing on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves documenting service activities, coordinating with the project management team, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Technical Support experience, with the ability to work on-site and provide hands-on solutions
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in a timely and effective manner
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience or knowledge in Project Management to coordinate and efficiently execute tasks
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision
- Technical degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in field engineering roles, particularly in relevant industries, is a plus
