Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Engineer role based in Raipur. The Field Engineer will be responsible for performing field service operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of power systems and related equipment. The position requires frequent communication with clients to address technical issues and the ability to manage multiple field projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment or system issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Field Service operations and managing on-site technical interventions, including installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Project Management skills to coordinate and oversee fieldwork while ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Additional qualifications such as familiarity with power systems, reliability in work execution, and a valid driving license.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields preferred.
- Experience in industries like power solutions, electronics, or critical infrastructure is an advantage.
