About the Role: Designation - Field Engineer (Off-Role)
Responsibilities:
- Field visit (go out for customer support), if there is no request by the customer then must attend calls at the office for support
- Field visits for Equipment installation and troubleshooting and all. Day off is only on Sunday.
- Minimum 01 years experience, currently working with OEM engineer.
- Supporting customers for products i.e. vision systems, Laser Marking, Sensors, Microscope
Required Skills:
- Field visit experience
- Customer support skills
- Technical knowledge of vision systems, Laser Marking, Sensors, Microscope
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with OEM engineering
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Pay range and compensation package:
- Expenses Reimbursements
- Outstation Overnight Travel Allowance per night Rs.1600/-
- If used own two-wheeler actual fuel cost
- If used own car per KM Rs.17/-
- Taxi, Hotel & flight fare actual cost
- Group Accident Insurance coverage Rs.10 Lakhs
- Medical insurance coverage employee + spouse + kids Rs.3 Lakhs per annum (after 6 months from date of joining)
- Leave encashment for unused leaves
Working Days:
- Weekly 6 days 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
- Weekly off every Sunday
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday come to office. If there is no tech support visit
