Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Engineer role based in Noida. The Field Engineer will visit customer locations to install, commission, inspect, and maintain power-related equipment and systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, coordinating with internal teams, and documenting service activities and reports. The role involves interacting with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical guidance, and supporting project execution from planning through completion. The Field Engineer is expected to adhere to safety standards, travel to client sites as needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment and system issues.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site installation, maintenance, and commissioning of power or electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams, including clear reporting and documentation.
- Candidates should possess Project Management abilities to plan tasks, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and support successful project delivery.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of power systems, electrical safety standards, and use of diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage multiple assignments, and maintain high service quality under time constraints.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required and adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines.
