Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Engineer based in Indore, with flexibility for some work from home. The Field Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment and systems at various client locations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site technical support, managing small-scale projects, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries. The role requires travel to client sites to oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance tasks while maintaining clear communication with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site.
- Proficiency in Field Service and Technical Support, including installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
- Solid Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Experience in Project Management, including task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems, equipment, and components is an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, adapting to hybrid work environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field preferred.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
