Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Engineer to join our team in Delhi, India. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Field Engineer will be responsible for performing field services such as equipment installation, maintenance, and repair of HP large-format printers and related peripherals. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site technical support, and collaborating with the project management team to ensure successful client deliverables. Strong communication with team members and clients will be essential to drive customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for hardware and software issues.
- Experience in Field Service roles, including equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Relevant certifications or training in technical or engineering fields would be an advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently within the service area and work independently in fast-paced settings.
- Previous experience in handling large-format printing equipment is highly desirable.
