ABOUT THE ROLE
What This Role Is About
The Client Partner Executive is the face of Laser Experts India to our customers. You will own the complete customer relationship from understanding their laser machine requirements and pain points to coordinating service, repairs, and upgrades, and proactively promoting our revenue-generating offerings including AMC contracts, fiber source repairs, spare parts, and consumables.
This is a relationship-first role. Half your time will be spent on the factory floor with customers listening, observing, and solving. The other half will be spent in-house planning visits, following up on service requests, preparing proposals, and coordinating with our technical and operations teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWhat
You Will Do Every Day
- Customer Relationship Management Serve as the single point of contact between Laser Experts India and assigned customer accounts
- Build deep, trusted relationships with plant managers, maintenance heads, and purchase teams at customer factories
- Conduct structured customer visits to understand operations, machine usage patterns, and upcoming requirements
- Document customer pain points, machine downtime history, and feedback; share insights with internal teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and zero unresolved escalations Service & Repair Coordination
- Receive and register all service and repair requests from customers promptly
- Coordinate with the internal service team to schedule and execute service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Track job status end-to-end from ticket creation to completion and customer sign-off
- Follow up with customers post-service to confirm resolution and collect satisfaction feedback
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineers and ensure closure within committed timelines Revenue Generation & Business Development
- Proactively promote and convert Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to ensure recurring revenue from existing customers
- Identify and pitch fiber source repair opportunities educate customers on cost vs replacement benefits
- Promote and sell genuine spare parts and consumables for laser machines; maintain awareness of customer machine inventory
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during every customer interaction and visit
- Meet monthly revenue targets for AMC renewals, spares, consumables, and repair jobs Field Visits & Customer Factory Planning
- Plan and execute structured factory visits to assigned customer accounts (minimum 3 visits per week)
- Prepare visit agenda in advance understand machine count, current service status, and outstanding proposals
- Observe and document the customer's shop floor environment, laser machine utilisation, and operational challenges
- Identify new contacts and decision-makers within customer organisations to widen the relationship
- Submit structured visit reports to management after every customer meeting In-House Coordination & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all customer interactions, service tickets, and proposals
- Prepare quotations for AMC, spares, consumables, and repair services; follow up for approvals
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely dispatch of spares and parts to customer sites
- Maintain customer machine database: model, installation date, service history, AMC status, warranty status
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports: customer visits done, service tickets closed, revenue generated, AMC pipeline CANDIDATE PROFILE
What We Are Looking For Education & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field
- 2 to6 years of experience in customer relationship, after-sales service, or technical sales roles
- Experience in industrial equipment, capital goods, laser, CNC, or automation industry preferred
- Proven track record of handling B2B customer accounts independently
- Experience with AMC selling or service contract management is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
- Confident, presentable, and persuasive in customer interactions
- Ability to understand and explain technical products in simple, benefit-driven language
- Self-driven, well-organised, and able to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable with field travel across Pune and nearby industrial areas
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business communication COMPENSATION & PERKS

IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND
Who Will Thrive in This Role
- You have previously handled after-sales service or customer support for industrial machinery, CNC machines, welding equipment, or laser systems
- You are comfortable walking factory floors, engaging with plant engineers, and understanding machine-level challenges
- You know how to convert a service conversation into a sales opportunity without being pushy
- You are target-oriented but relationship-first you believe long-term trust brings better results than one-time transactions
- You can manage your own schedule, prioritise visits, and stay organised across 20-30 active customer accounts
- You are comfortable with two-wheeler or four-wheeler travel across Pune's industrial hubs: Chakan, Ranjangaon, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Bhosari, Hadapsar
