Sales Executive (Field Sales) | Agents Craft AI | Hyderabad
Fixed pay: ₹3,00,000 per annum
Variable: 10% commission on every deal, uncapped
Reality check: our current sales executives earn 10x their fixed pay through commissions
WHO WE ARE
Agents Craft AI (Voice Labs Private Limited) builds AI products that run core operations for local businesses: answering calls, booking appointments, qualifying leads, following up with customers. Restaurants, clinics, retail stores, real estate and construction firms use our products to capture revenue they lose every day. Your job is to put these products in their hands.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Meet 50 prospects every week across restaurants, clinics, retail, real estate, and construction in Hyderabad
- Demo in person, handle objections, negotiate, close
- Own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, follow-ups, closures, collections
- Report daily field activity directly to the founding team
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Hunger to earn through commissions. This role rewards closers, not clock-watchers
- Comfort with 50 face-to-face meetings a week as the baseline, not the stretch goal
- Telugu and Hindi fluency, working English
- Own laptop and own two-wheeler with valid licence
- Field sales experience is a plus, not a must. We train you on our products for 15 days before your first visit
