Role Description
The Field Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving growth, onboarding new service partners, and expanding the Urban Company network in Chennai. This is a full-time on-site role that involves identifying potential service professionals, building relationships, and ensuring their successful integration into the platform. Other responsibilities include managing partnerships, conducting training sessions, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing partner concerns to ensure continuous growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Experience in business development, partner management, or client relationships is preferred, especially in service-oriented industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with metrics to track and enhance partner performance and business outcomes.
- Basic understanding of local markets in Chennai and ability to work independently in the field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
