Role Description The Field Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bareilly, responsible for supporting day-to-day political campaign operations at the grassroots level. This role includes coordinating field activities, engaging with local communities and voters, and assisting in the implementation of booth-level plans. The Field Associate will gather and report on voter insights, support event organization, and help maintain accurate field data and documentation. The position involves close collaboration with campaign managers and other team members to ensure alignment between on-ground work and overall campaign strategy. The role may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on campaign needs.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with diverse community members.
- Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple field activities and meet campaign deadlines.
- Basic data collection and reporting abilities, including maintaining accurate records of voter interactions and field observations.
- Comfort working on-site in varied local conditions, with a high level of reliability and personal accountability.
- Demonstrated interest in politics, public affairs, or community work; prior campaign or grassroots experience is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and follow clearly defined operational guidelines and strategies.
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic digital tools for communication, navigation, and data entry.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in political science, public administration, or related fields is a plus.
