Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Application Engineer located in Pune City. The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during customer engagements, implementing and troubleshooting 2D and 3D vision inspection systems, and integrating robotic solutions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with clients to ensure the successful deployment of customized solutions, conducting technical demonstrations, and providing training to end users on 3D scanning, modeling, and inspection technologies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of 3D scanning, 3D modeling, and 3D inspection technologies
- Experience with 2D and 3D vision inspection systems and their application in manufacturing
- Proficiency in robotic integration and deployment for customized manufacturing solutions
- Familiarity with AI-supported software systems and process digitization capabilities
- Technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to varied customer requirements and on-site project needs
- Background in Engineering or a related technical field; prior experience in manufacturing is a plus
