Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Application Engineer. The selected candidate will serve as a technical point of contact for customers, providing advanced technical support and working closely with the sales team to offer tailored solutions. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product integration, troubleshooting technical issues, leading technical discussions, optimizing performance, and supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Applications and Technical Support to effectively assist and guide customers.
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to collaborate with sales teams to offer customer-centric solutions.
- Strong background in Analog and Electronics principles, including a deep understanding of hardware components and systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer interaction skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field is required.
- Prior experience in the electronic products industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
