Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Application Engineer, based in Chennai. The engineer will play a key role in providing technical support, assisting with field applications, and promoting product solutions to clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, implementing solutions for customer needs, working closely with the sales team, and providing training or technical assistance on the use of AMR/AGV products.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Applications and providing Technical Support
- Experience in Sales with a strong ability to communicate and present technical concepts effectivel
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams
- Relevant educational qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with AGV, AMR automation, robotics, or industrial technologies is an added advantag
