This is a full-time on-site role for a Field & Inside Sales Executive located in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, field visits, customer relationship management, business development activities, sales coordination, and maintaining sales reports. The role requires active interaction with clients and internal teams to support business growth.

- Generate and manage new business leads
- Handle inside sales and client coordination
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings
- Build strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Support marketing and business development activities
- Maintain sales reports and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
- Ability to handle client meetings and presentations
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
