Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Account Manager/Sales professional based in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include managing and growing customer accounts, building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, meeting assigned sales targets, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role requires regular client visits, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, sales operations, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Technical aptitude or previous experience in industries that involve test and simulation systems is highly beneficial
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose customized solutions
- Proficiency in preparing detailed sales presentations and proposals
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and meetings
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience in enterprise sales or working with global clients is a plus
