Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Yamunanagar for a Field – Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisitions & Recruitments) at Jaidev Pharma Placement. The role involves managing full-life cycle recruitment processes, developing hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and building strong employer branding initiatives. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and precise delivery of top talent while maintaining a results-driven approach to recruitment operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and strong understanding of sourcing and selection techniques
- Expertise in Hiring strategies and processes, with a focus on delivering the right talent
- Skills in Employer Branding, including creating and maintaining a positive brand image to attract top talent
- Experience in Interviewing, with the ability to assess candidates effectively and align them to business needs
- Deep knowledge and proficiency in Recruiting within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven track record in managing recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles is an added advantage
