1. Administrative
• To handle the site as Resident Engineer.
• To do AMC visits and Remote Support as per PO and Proposal Terms.
• To Execute the timely Visits and support to customer.
• To get the signed MOM and share for Invoicing in timely manner.
• To follow up with Customer for payment collection.
• Support to other FAE while they stuck up technically at any place.
2. Technical
• To receive the customer complaint, get it registered in system.
• To visit the Site’s and complete the AMC.
- • To provide Remote support as per customer’s request. • To provide technical support to other Team Members as and when required.
