Workplace Planning Associate

The Workplace Planning Associate works with the Workplace Planning team to support the strategy and implementation of workplace solutions across Fidelity's global real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver workplace strategies, plans, and solutions that enable efficient and effective workspaces. Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform workplace strategies and solutions - Assist with the development and delivery of workplace-related projects and initiatives - Support the implementation of workplace programs and services - Contribute to the development of workplace standards, guidelines, and policies - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements - Provide project management support for workplace-related initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in workplace management
