Associate, Employee Experience Design Consulting

As an Associate, Employee Experience Design Consulting, you will partner with Fidelity teams to design end-to-end employee experiences that unlock business value. You will leverage human-centered design principles and methodologies to uncover insights, define and prototype solutions, and drive implementation. This role requires creativity, empathy, and the ability to translate business and user needs into innovative, scalable solutions.
