Job Overview: Provides loan workout alternatives to aid borrowers, while reviewing bank, investor and regulatory guidelines to ensure the account is serviced according to policy.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Assisting borrowers that are experiencing financial hardship by helping them explore Loss Mitigation program options to avoid loan default or foreclosure and to bring their loan current.
- Collecting required documentation from borrower as outlined by investor.
- Analyzing the financial condition of borrowers to determine a usable workout solution based on investor guidelines that will benefit Fidelity, investors and MI companies.
Requirements for the position include:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong oral and written interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to evaluate incomplete or conflicting financial information and make sound, well-documented decisions.
- The ability to organize and maintain account records
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible and/or late hours
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Banking loan servicing or loan origination
- Working knowledge of investors, agency or regulatory guidelines as it relates to mortgage loans
