What You'll Do 

1. Design and build a world-class cloud platform to help enterprises monitor and analyze their ML models. 
2. Design enterprise-grade, scalable APIs to plug into customers’ ML workflows. 
3. Work with product and customer facing teams to enhance and expand our product. 
4. Recommend and implement engineering best practices, improve the functionality of existing software, and ensure that the design, application, and maintenance of software meets quality standards 
5. Help construct and implement best practices across multinational teams 
6. Architecting complex, multitenant systems 
7. Uplevel our engineering team and help to improve our core quality

What We are Looking For

1. 8+yrs of experience
2. BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent 
3. Deep Knowledge of infrastructure management (AWS / Google Cloud, Kubernetes, or equivalent on-premises technologies)
4. Proficiency with Python
5. Someone who values and enjoys mentoring and coaching junior team members 
6. Deep knowledge of engineering best practices and experience scaling an enterprise engineering organization
