FICS, is on the lookout for a dynamic Commercial Loan Servicing Software - System Support member to join our team with commercial servicing escrow administration, commercial servicing asset management, commercial servicing investor reporting and/or IRS reporting experience to help our customers get the most out of our commercial mortgage loan servicing software to service commercial loans on a daily basis.
Being a Commercial Servicing System Support member is a customer-centric role where you’ll be the first point of contact for high-quality commercial mortgage loan servicing system support — helping clients simplify complex workflows and keep their operations running smoothly. Your guidance directly influences our customers’ efficiency and success. You’ll not only support users by phone and email in a fast-paced environment, but will also train customers on FICS’ proprietary software, deliver regular product webinars, present sessions at our Annual Users’ Conference, and partner with internal teams to test new and enhanced functionality as part of our quality assurance process.
