Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Process Associate based in Bengaluru. The associate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, evaluating customer eligibility, processing loan applications, and ensuring smooth communication between MSMEs and lending institutions. The role also involves supporting effective customer service delivery, maintaining streamlined financial processes, and liaising with relevant stakeholders to address queries and provide support.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Proficiency in Financial management and understanding of lending processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with stakeholders
- Experience or familiarity in Customer Service and relationship management
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with MSME sector challenges and financial needs is a plus
- MBA Graduate in Banking, Finance, or relevant disciplines preferred
