Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Finance and Operations SME. In this role, you will oversee financial and operational activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage projects to streamline the export process. You will analyze data to support strategic decisions, collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth, and implement efficient operational processes. You will also communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across departments and with partners.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Effective communication skills to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business development
- Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee processes and ensure efficiency
- Project Management abilities to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and export processes (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
