FHCS Executive - Warehouse
Responsibilities
- Responsible for higher productivity of inbound and outbound shipments to control inventory as well as effective use of various resources.
- Maintained Min-Max stock levels of defined items.
- Responsible for monitoring COGI (Control over goods issue) through various inputs like SAP and MES and highlighting the differences to concern departmental head.
- Carry out Cyclic inventory counts & Yearly stock take activities with higher degree of accuracy and suggest changes in system for prevention of differences as well as accurate bookkeeping records all the time.
- To carry out SAP WMS operational activities on daily basis to have better control over internal goods movements.
- Additional responsibilities:
- Participate in QSHE-16 Audit as well as other mandatory audits and implement the suggestion and changes in respective areas.
- Maintained HSE protocols in warehouses and designated areas.
Qualifications
- Education Qualification:
- Bachelors in material management, BBA or MBA, Plastic engineering or relevant courses in the field of inventory & Logistic management.
- At least 5-6 years of job experience of managing medium size warehouse particularly in manufactuting environment or 3PL/4PL
