<div>Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a strong, results-focused Regional Director to lead multiple spa locations across Delaware & Pennsylvania. <br> <br>Our ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving performance, developing leaders, and delivering strong sales results across multiple locations. This individual is an exceptional communicator, a culture builder, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.<br> <br>We are looking for someone interested in a long-term role with opportunity for professional growth. Multi-unit leadership experience is strongly preferred. Prior spa or membership-based sales experience is a plus.<br> <br>Our goal is to provide our valued members and guests with a world-class experience, and our Regional Directors play a critical role in making that happen. </ul><div><strong>What You’ll Be Owning</strong></div><ul>
<li>Lead and support multiple spa locations, ensuring exceptional client experiences across the region</li>
<li>Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution</li>
<li>Oversee and manage regional operations, including performance, staffing, and overall business health</li>
<li>Drive spa sales performance and regional profitability through P&L ownership and analysis</li>
<li>Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing General Managers and spa leaders</li>
<li>Coach, monitor, and hold teams accountable to performance goals and KPIs</li>
<li>Support membership growth, sales strategy, and execution across all locations</li>
<li>Partner with GMs to maximize appointment books and optimize staffing</li>
<li>Execute marketing initiatives, grassroots efforts, and community outreach to drive traffic and brand awareness</li>
<li>Support new spa openings, acquisitions, and integration of new locations</li>
<li>Handle administrative responsibilities including reporting, payroll oversight, inventory, and operational expenses</li>
</ul><div><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong></div><ul>
<li>3–5+ years of leadership experience (multi-unit experience strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Proven success driving sales and operational performance</li>
<li> Results-oriented with a track record of holding yourself and others accountable </li>
<li>Passion for developing people and building strong, positive culture</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively</li>
<li>Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li>
<li>A fast learner with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Travel required – expect to visit each location multiple times weekly</li>
