</div><div>This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Lead the Business</strong></div><ul>
<li>Spa operations and overall performance</li>
<li>Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability</li>
<li>Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership</li>
</ul><div><strong>Build the Team</strong></div><ul>
<li>Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset</li>
<li>Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence</li>
<li>Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints</li>
</ul><div><strong>Drive the Results</strong></div><ul>
<li>Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance</li>
<li>Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results</li>
<li>Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs</li>
<li>Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>3–5 years of leadership experience</li>
<li>Proven success driving sales and team performance</li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li>
<li>A balance of people leadership and business acumen</li>
<li>Strong experience working with KPIs is required</li>
<li>P&L experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Comfort in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)</li>
