Role Description The Full Stack Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. In this role, the team member will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and platforms that support VAS and e-commerce services. Daily tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring application performance and security. The role also involves collaborating with product and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to code reviews and documentation. The person in this position will help improve existing systems while participating in the development of new features and products.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong front-end development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Candidates should possess solid back-end development skills, including experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Java, or Python) and building RESTful APIs.
- Candidates should possess database skills, including familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of version control, build tools, and deployment practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps concepts.
- Candidates should possess understanding of web application security, performance optimization, and scalability in high-traffic environments.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in telecom, VAS, or e-commerce platforms is beneficial, along with familiarity with APIs and integrations used by telecom operators.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
