Product Manager (Events)

At FetLife we are looking for an open-minded, kink-friendly Product Manager to help us improve our events section. The Role As a Product Manager for our events section at FetLife you will be responsible for: Deeply understanding event organizer and attendees needs, experiences and behaviours Writing and refining clear, detailed pitches that guide the design and engineering teams Obsessing over how we can create more value for our events by translating community feedback and research into products that make a difference Identifying and reducing friction in our events experience Owning, maintaining and reporting event metrics, using data to guide priorities and decisions About you We're looking for someone who: Attends -and/or- organizes kink events (munches, classes, etc.) Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Has excellent written and verbal communication skills (communicates clearly and pragmatically, making ideas easy to understand) Is naturally curious and eager to learn and grow in the world of product management Cares deeply about our member experience and is committed to improving it #Empathy Feels comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and owning outcomes Thrives in a collaborative environment where feedback is welcomed and ideas are shared Additionally, since we're 100% remote, we require at least 5 hours overlap any time between 10 AM EST and 6 PM EST.
