Job Title: Remote Fertility / IVF Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Fertility / IVF Specialist to provide virtual consultations and clinical guidance to patients undergoing fertility treatment. The role involves patient counseling, treatment planning, and continuous support throughout the fertility journey via teleconsultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online consultations with patients facing fertility challenges
- Evaluate patient history, reports, and diagnostic results
- Provide personalized fertility treatment plans (IVF, IUI, etc.)
- Offer pre- and post-treatment counseling and emotional support
- Guide patients on medications, lifestyle changes, and procedures
- Coordinate with internal care teams for seamless patient management
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Ensure adherence to medical and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Fellowship or certification in Reproductive Medicine / IVF
- Minimum 2–5+ years of experience in fertility/IVF practice
- Experience in teleconsultation is a plus
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to handle sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism
- Comfortable using digital platforms for virtual care
