About Parivar Saathi
Parivar Saathi is an India-based guidance layer for fertility patients. We help patients make calmer, better-informed decisions across their fertility journey, and we partner with IVF clinics to support them before and during treatment. We are not a clinic — we provide the clarity and support patients need around treatment, through online counselling, phone, in-person sessions, and OPD camps.
About the role
We are hiring a full-time Fertility Counsellor based in Kolkata to work directly with patients across their journey. It is a hands-on, patient-facing role that blends online counselling, on-ground camps, and being stationed at a partner IVF clinic.
What you will do
Provide online counselling to fertility patients across the stages of their journey.
Travel to and run on-ground counselling camps.
Be stationed at a partner IVF clinic in Kolkata for in-person patient support.
Hold sensitive, emotional conversations with warmth, patience, and clarity.
What we are looking for
3 to 5 years of hands-on IVF / fertility counselling experience. Prior IVF counselling experience is essential.
Based in Kolkata, or willing to relocate.
A warm, clear communicator able to hold difficult conversations with empathy and composure.
Comfortable travelling for counselling camps.
Available full-time.
Good to have
A qualification in psychology, counselling, or a related field.
Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Prior experience within or alongside a fertility clinic or IVF setup.
Compensation
Competitive, based on experience.
