TomFerry is the #1 coaching company in real estate, dedicated to raising industry standards by driving success for its members, employees, and partners. Our people are the cornerstone of our success, and we’re continually seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our team. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with a company that values collaboration, service, and a commitment to excellence, we’d love to have you on board!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Product Manager to help enhance and evolve our real estate coaching platform. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Client Success to translate user and market insights into meaningful product features that improve agent training, engagement, and performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment and transparency with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and product data reviews to uncover new opportunities.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories and feature requirements.
  • Collaborate with Design to create wireframes and prototypes illustrating user flows.
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver high-impact features, clarify requirements, and resolve blockers.
  • Design and run lightweight experiments, such as pilot tests or rapid prototypes, to validate ideas and guide iteration.
  • Analyze product metrics to generate insights and inform next steps.
  • Coordinate release planning, documentation, and training to ensure smooth product rollouts.

Who You Are:

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, customer experience, or related roles in high-growth tech environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent certifications/experience).
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, feature planning, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Figma (for wireframing), Jira (for project management), and Pendo (for customer feedback).
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data and experiment results to drive decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Client Support, and Finance.
  • A naturally innovative thinker who can anticipate future needs and design relevant solutions.
  • Proven ability to write clear, actionable product requirements and guide features through the development lifecycle.

Why Join Us?

At TomFerry, you’ll enjoy a vibrant hybrid work environment, collaborating in the office Monday through Thursday and working remotely on Fridays. Our casual dress code fosters a lively atmosphere where creativity and teamwork thrive.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Health Coverage: Medical, vision, and dental insurance starting after 60 days.
  • Retirement Plan: 401K with employer contributions.
  • Generous PTO: 3 weeks of paid time off plus 10 paid holidays.
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus incentives and yearly discretionary bonuses.

We’re also committed to building a strong team culture, organizing engaging events like celebratory lunches and team-building activities. These gatherings not only celebrate our achievements but also strengthen our connections as colleagues.

If you're passionate about building impactful products and driving real results for real estate professionals, we’d love to hear from you!
