Are you passionate about continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies? Ferrosan Medical Devices is looking for a dedicated LEAN Partner to join our team in Søborg, Denmark. The LEAN Partners will be part of our corporate strategy team and work closely together, fostering a collaborative environment to drive excellence across our organization. Role Summary

As a LEAN Partner, you will join either the Quality Management & Regulatory Affairs department or the Operations department, reporting to the respective Vice Presidents leading the departments. In this role, you will work closely with the executive management team to implement LEAN initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects. You will be responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that LEAN methodologies are consistently applied across the organization. Ensuring successful implementation of the company’s strategy through policy deployment is also a central responsibility of yours.

Specific tasks will include:

  • Strategy development: Partner with executive management to develop our LEAN strategy and business system, assess maturity, and drive impact with expertise and best practices.
  • Systems and methodology development: Lead the development and implementation of LEAN methodologies and ways of working into organizational processes.
  • Leadership and training: Lead continuous improvement efforts in your department and across the departments, including facilitation of LEAN workshops and training sessions.
  • Community building: Ensure lasting impact by driving the LEAN community and supporting decision-makers with the right tools and support.
  • Impact realization: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, initiate efforts and monitor progress of key LEAN initiatives.

Your profile

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • A relevant degree, preferably with certification in LEAN, Six Sigma, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach.
  • Experience with process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvement.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff in LEAN principles and practices.
