Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager): Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mining/ Metallurgical/ Production Engg. or Diploma in same disciplines (UGC/AICTE-approved, including Open & Distance Learning). Minimum 60% marks. Experience: 3 years (E-1), 4 years (E-2), 8 years (E-4, Degree)/16 years (E-4, Diploma), 10 years (E-5, Degree)/18 years (E-5, Diploma) in mechanized earthmoving, open cast mines, or metallurgical processes. ✔️ Maintenance (Jr. Manager/Asst. Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager): Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical/Electronic Engg. or Diploma in same disciplines (UGC/AICTE-approved). Minimum 60% marks. Experience: 3 years (E-1), 4 years (E-2), 8 years (E-4, Degree)/16 years (E-4, Diploma), 10 years (E-5, Degree)/18 years (E-5, Diploma) in maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment, EOT cranes, or material handling plants. ✔️ Finance & Accounts (Jr. Manager): CA/ICMA/MBA (Finance) (UGC/AICTE-approved). Experience: 3 years in financial accounting, cost accounting, taxation, or computerized accounting. ✔️ Finance & Accounts (Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager): CA/ICMA or MBA (Finance) (UGC/AICTE-approved). Experience: 4 years (E-2), 6 years (E-3), 8 years (E-4), 10 years (E-5) in financial functions. ✔️ Materials Management (Executive/Jr. Manager/Asst. Manager): Bachelor's Degree with 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management/Logistics/Supply Chain/Marketing/International Trade (UGC/AICTE-approved). Experience: Nil (E-0), 3 years (E-1), 4 years (E-2) in procurement or storekeeping of engineering stores/spares. ✔️ Personnel & Administration (Executive/Jr. Manager/Asst. Manager): Graduate with 2-year MBA/PGDBA (HRM) or PG in Labour & Social Welfare, Personnel Management, Sociology, or MA Sociology (UGC/AICTE-approved). Law degree advantageous. Experience: Nil (E-0), 3 years (E-1), 4 years (E-2) in HRD, labour laws, collective bargaining, or disciplinary cases.
