After-Sales Internship (Paris, France) - Placement Year

For this challenging and learningful role, you will support our Ferrari West Europe After Sales team.

We are looking for an intern who is eager to enter a highly innovative and challenging work environment. As After-Sales intern, you will work on a full range of responsibilities in our team, supervised by our After-Sales team.

Your will be required to create several reports to monitor the after sales KPI and, based on the analysis, provide support on projects that are aimed at achieving client satisfaction and an increasingly high quality service. You will contribute in monitoring car repair times as well as maintain databases with all incidents and provide support to the network on various after sales issues.

Additionally, you will be asked to provide support in network forecast in order to identify underperforming dealerships. Focus both on the French market and on other west European countries across the region from Finland to Morocco.

Required profile

You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Luxury Management, Digital Marketing & Consumer Behaviour, Business Analytics or Management Engineering.

You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

The role requires fluency in French and English (ideally Italian and/or Spanish are a plus).

Knowledge of Power Bi is a plus.
