Your area of responsibility Development and design of mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software in accordance to industry design codes Develope cost, design, fabrication and maintenance for static equipment of reactors and heat exchangers Conversion of process concepts into cost-efficient technical designs Development of duty specification for presentation to vendors. Management of he interfaces between process engineers, procurement and equipment vendors to obtain technical proposals with defined scope and cost Your benefits Permanent employment contract Company pension Additional vacations for important private occasions e.g. wedding, relocation, birth Attractive compensation including vacation pay Further training offered by our in-house institute, the FERCHAU Academy (e-learning, training and seminars) Bonus program for recommendations from new colleagues Your Qualification A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Mechanics or a similar degree Several years of experiences in the design and construction of pressure vessels Experience with design codes like ASME Sect VII, AD 2000 or EN-13445 Skills in CAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D design of pressure equipment Knowledge of materials and their use in mechanical and plant engineering Basic familiarity with thermodynamic related to heat exchange
