Internship - Influencer Marketing

Join our team as an Influencer Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of influencer marketing! In this role, you will work closely with our Influencer Marketing team to identify, vet, and manage key influencer partnerships that drive Fenty Beauty's innovative campaigns. Responsibilities: - Assist with influencer identification, outreach, and campaign management - Analyze influencer performance metrics and provide insights to improve program effectiveness - Support the creation of influencer content and assets - Provide general support to the Influencer Marketing team as needed Requirements: - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field - Strong understanding of influencer marketing landscape and social media platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively - Passion for the beauty industry and staying up-to-date on trends
