</div><div>We are looking for a <strong>driven, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative</strong> who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to <strong>follow up, build relationships, and close deals</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div>This is not a passive customer service role — this is <strong>sales with ownership</strong>. You will manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently, and be accountable for converting estimates into closed jobs.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>

<li> Manage inbound leads and estimates from our system (QuickBooks) </li>
<li> Own your pipeline for 60 days — from estimate to close </li>
<li> Make outbound calls daily to follow up with customers </li>
<li> Use a structured follow-up process (calls first, text secondary) </li>
<li> Build rapport, answer questions, and overcome objections </li>
<li> Update customer notes and activity in real time </li>
<li> Track and manage follow-ups using internal systems </li>
<li> Work closely with leadership to review pipeline and performance weekly </li>

<strong>Daily Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li> Call customers regarding estimates and service inquiries </li>
<li> Follow a structured <strong>multi-touch follow-up process</strong> to close deals </li>
<li> Document all interactions clearly in the system </li>
<li> Set reminders and manage your own follow-up schedule </li>
<li> Maintain consistent communication with prospects </li>
<li> Identify customer needs and recommend solutions </li>

<li> Strong pipeline ownership and organization </li>
<li> Ability to convert estimates into closed deals </li>

<li> Confidence handling objections and guiding customers to decisions </li>
