Role Overview
This is not just a testing or support role. This is onsite job. (
ONLY FARIDABAD , SOUTH NEW DELHI PEOPLE CAN APPLY)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
female professional who can bridge the gap between
technical delivery and client communication. This role requires a strong background in
Quality Assurance, Computer Science Engineering, and client handling, along with a solid understanding of
website and mobile application development.
The ideal candidate will ensure product quality while also managing
international client communication through voice calls and chat, contributing to both project success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Testing Ownership
- Perform end-to-end testing for websites and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reporting.
- Ensure applications meet functional, UI/UX, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Client Communication & Support
- Handle international client interactions via voice calls and chat support.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Provide project updates, resolve queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Technical Understanding & Coordination
- Demonstrate knowledge of:
- Website design & development (frontend/backend basics)
- Mobile application workflows
- Responsive design and UI/UX principles
- Assist in reviewing designs and suggesting improvements based on usability.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- UI/UX & Design Insight
- Provide feedback on layouts, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Suggest modern design ideas and improvements.
- Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain clear documentation of bugs, fixes, and client feedback.
- Share regular reports on testing progress and issue status.
- Track project updates and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in:
- Quality Assurance / Software Testing
- Client Support or Customer Handling
- Strong understanding of:
- Website design & development processes
- Mobile application development lifecycle
- Responsive design and UI/UX fundamentals
- Experience with:
- Bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)
- Testing methodologies (manual testing preferred; automation is a plus)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) for international clients.
- Confidence in handling voice calls and live chat support.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
