Area Manager North Netherlands

As Area Manager North Netherlands (Amsterdam, Haarlem, Groningen , Zwolle & Enschede) at Felyx, you will play a crucial role in keeping our fleet of shared electric mopeds running smoothly. North Netherlands is one of our most important regions in the Benelux. You'll work closely with other Area Managers to ensure a good operational performance and profit. Main responsibilities: Built a well-motivated and well performing team Meet operationality target of 85% of the fleet per city Identify threads and opportunities and proactively act on them Identify projects to make improvements in our way of operating Manage Fleet Managers, Lead Mechanics and Lead Swappers Report on the P&L and identify actions needed Contribute to budget creation Meet revenue target by commercial actions and smart fleet deployment Keep the variable costs in line with revenue of the region
