On this 90-day journey, you’ll step into the heart of purpose-driven work. From working directly with young people, you shape their learning on conversations that matter and directly support the access to education for hundreds of students at our partner nonprofit organisations. This is not about sitting on the sidelines. It's about rolling up your sleeves, to design and lead experiences that spark curiosity, nurture critical thinking skills, and ignite a sense of responsibility in students.
We believe, education should be more than passing exams but preparing students for the real world and for you this will look like:
- Designing curriculum, crafting resources that are both practical and inspiring.
- Leading and facilitating TFG classes that help you shape dynamic learning experiences and educational journeys
- Content creation, all while giving you the confidence to reimagine what education can be.
Lastly, a renewed sense of purpose, stories of transformation and knowing that you’ve made a lasting difference.
- Commitment: Full-time immersion
- Timeline: 1st May - 31st July 2026
- Eligibility: Open to applicants available full time
- Stipend: ₹17,500 per month
- Cohort Size: 5 Fellows per batch, ensuring close guidance and mentorship
- Location- Open to all cities -Pan India/ We are looking for candidates in Mumbai and Bangalore
The fellowship is short, but the impact—on both you and your students—lasts far beyond those 90 days. It’s a challenge, a growth journey, and a chance to prove that education can truly change lives.

Educational criteria:
-Have finished their Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience
-Applicants need to have a minimum work experience of 2 years which can include internships, teaching assistant roles and part time roles.
