About the Nitro Fellowship
This is a full-time hybrid fellowship opportunity based in Bengaluru for freshers and passionate changemakers who want hands-on exposure in CSR, sustainability, partnerships, and community impact.
As a Nitro Fellow, you’ll work closely with our core team on real projects, campaigns, collaborations, and outreach initiatives. This is not your typical “sit and observe” fellowship — you’ll actually get to build, organize, connect, and create impact from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Working on environmental & community initiatives
• Supporting CSR outreach and partnership building
• Helping organize campaigns, events & volunteering programs
• Researching ideas and creating impact strategies
• Engaging with communities, stakeholders & corporate partners
• Assisting with reports, presentations & awareness initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
• Freshers who genuinely want to learn and grow
• Someone passionate about sustainability & social impact
• Good communication and people skills
• Creative thinkers with initiative and positive energy
• Ability to multitask and work in a team
Bonus if you’re from:
BSW, MSW, Environmental Studies, Development Studies, or related backgrounds
