Role Description
The Fellow - Communications & Support (Guests) will focus on ensuring exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful communication and dedicated support. Core responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, providing operational assistance to guests, and contributing to community engagement activities. The role emphasizes fostering connections among guests and facilitating interactions with local networks. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships
- Analytical and Data Analysis skills to understand guest feedback and optimize experiences
- Research and problem-solving abilities to address guest needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proficiency in organization and multitasking for effective coordination across stakeholders
- Prior experience in hospitality, community engagement, or customer service is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other local languages is a plus
