Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Engineer, based in Pune, with openings available across India. The Field Service Engineer will handle tasks such as field service visits to client locations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support and training, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting in optimizing machine performance. The role requires coordination with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure efficient operation of machines
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving complex issues effectively
- Customer Service abilities to ensure excellent client interaction and satisfaction
- Ability to work on-site and travel to different customer locations across India
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; familiarity with packaging machinery is a plus
- Prior experience working in a field service role is highly desirable
