Job Posting: Field Sales Executive (Medical Equipment)
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven Field Sales Executive to join our medical sales team. This is a 100% field-based role focused on promoting and selling medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to meet with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement heads.
- Demonstrate medical equipment and explain technical features to potential clients.
- Identify and develop new sales leads within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0–1 years in sales (Medical/Pharma experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Education: Graduate in Science, Pharma, or Business Marketing preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Availability: Must be willing to travel locally on a daily basis.
Assets: Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is highly preferred.
