In this position, you will play a crucial role in the logistics of one of the leading courier services. The main focus will be on the efficient handling and processing of packages to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
- Sort packages by destination and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
