Overview: FedEx is on the lookout for a curious and motivated entry-level Software Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you'll contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of applications that power our logistics and delivery operations worldwide. Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to build and maintain software solutions that meet business goals. Write clean and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks. Participate in debugging, testing, and deploying software updates. Contribute to discussions around architecture, design, and process improvements. Document technical workflows and ensure code is well-organized for future use. Analyze and resolve bugs or performance issues under guidance from senior developers. Stay up to date with emerging tech trends and apply them to real-world scenarios. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, MIS or related discipline. 0 to 2 years of relevant software development experience (internships/projects included). Familiarity with languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and version control (e.g., Git). Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
